On this episode of Executives Unpacked we were delighted to be joined by Lucy O’Brien, the group CTO at EMG.

Lucy has the broadcast industry in her blood, with both her father and sister also working in the industry. Lucy joined the communications sector in the early 2000s, with early roles at Sky and the BBC before joining Arquiva, where she spent 12 years in broadcast and project engineering. In March this year, Lucy began her role at EMG.

Lucy is passionate about driving more gender diversity in the workplace and thinks her 20 year old self would be reasonably proud of what she has achieved.

In this episode we talk about what makes her successful, the role her dad played in getting her into the industry and how mentors at the BBC shaped her career.
